AI is taking over, and those with high ROI use it differently
Research shows that the rate of AI adoption is rapidly growing as more companies become AI first, with 94% of organizations now using AI. Yet not all companies are taking full advantage of AI. Leading-edge AI adopters that are leveraging AI for advanced use cases like process automation are getting 37% productivity gains, which far exceeds their peers.
Agents are reshaping the workforce
AI agents are everywhere, and they’re transforming how businesses operate in the AI-first era. They go beyond traditional automation by handling complex tasks and reshaping organizational workflows. While 87% of companies have started using AI agents of any kind, 41% are using agents for advanced, fully autonomous operations that are delivering much higher productivity gains.
AI engagement and productivity will only increase from here
Over the next year, nearly all companies (90%) expect to increase AI budgets as they expand usage and seek higher ROI. Within two years, most organizations (60%) expect to achieve AI transformation. And on average, organizations expect AI to deliver 30% productivity improvements in the next three years. With all of this AI prioritization in the near future, getting on board will be the key to gaining — and maintaining — a competitive edge in the AI-first era of business.
