Carl has served on our Board of Directors since May 2020. Carl spent 24 years at Autodesk, where he held a series of executive positions, including CTO and COO. From 2006 until 2017, he served as CEO.

Prior to joining Autodesk, Carl co-founded Ithaca Software, which was acquired by Autodesk in 1993. He then co-founded Buzzsaw which was acquired by Autodesk in 2001. Carl currently serves on the boards of directors of leading technology companies across multiple sectors, including Zendesk, Built Robotics, Planet Labs, and Zoox. He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Cornell University.

Carl was selected to serve on our Board of Directors because of his operational experience and his expertise successfully transforming and leading a multi-billion dollar software business.
